In 2011, I photographed people and places across London that care about sustainability, as intern photographer for The Jellied Eel.

The Jellied Eel - London's magazine for ethical eating is a quarterly magazine of London Food Link.

London Food Link runs a network of organisations and individuals who care about sustainable food and its members are as diverse as farmers and food writers, caterers and community food projects. It works towards: increasing the availability of sustainable food in London, tackling the barriers preventing access to healthy and sustainable food for all Londoners, protecting and celebrating London's diverse food culture.

London Food Link is part of Sustain: The alliance for better food and farming, that advocates food and agriculture policies and practices that enhance the health and welfare of people and animals, improve the working and living environment, enrich society and culture and promote equity.
